Acceptance
By accessing or using VOXA, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use VOXA for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The service
VOXA can capture authorised audio, create transcripts, identify speakers, generate summaries, analyse conversations, extract action items, and produce reports. Features may vary by plan, platform, language, location, and provider availability.
Automated transcripts and analyses can contain errors. Review important outputs before relying on them for decisions.
Recording obligations
You are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining all permissions required to record, transcribe, analyse, store, or share a conversation.
You must not use VOXA for unlawful surveillance, deceptive recording, harassment, discrimination, or any activity that violates another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
Your content
You retain your rights in recordings, transcripts, instructions, and other content you provide. You grant VOXA a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit and process the content. You are responsible for how you export, publish, or share generated reports.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user's data, overload the service, distribute malware, reverse engineer protected components, resell access without permission, or use automated output as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about employment, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, or legal rights.
AI-generated output
VOXA uses automated speech recognition and artificial intelligence. Output is provided as an aid and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You remain responsible for professional judgement, human review, and compliance with laws that apply to your decisions.
Plans and payments
Paid plans, prices, billing periods, included usage, and cancellation conditions are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.
Unless required otherwise by law, fees already charged are non-refundable. We may suspend paid features if payment is overdue.
Availability and changes
We work to keep VOXA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, limit, or discontinue features to address security, legal, provider, or product requirements.
We will provide reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects an active paid plan, where practical.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using VOXA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, non-payment, legal requirements, or conduct that risks harm to users or the service.
Before closing your account, export any content you want to keep. Deletion and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, VOXA is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a specific professional outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VOXA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, reliance on automated output, or unauthorised recording by a user.
Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted in your jurisdiction.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law based on the operator's establishment and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing a formal claim, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security, or business changes. The revised version will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
